Snapify

Snapify is a free Google Chrome extension that allows you to highlight a word, phrase, or image marker on any webpage, then by clicking it or "Snapping it", Snapify will then open up its search box with results from Google, Twitter, Wikipedia, etc.  What makes this unique, is that you can visit other websites and pages without opening new tabs or leaving the current page you are browsing.
The search results appear in a window in the same tab.  You can also open external links on a given page within its box.
By following the link, and downloading the extension on your CHROME browser, you will easily be able to use this handy tool on any webpage you visit while browsing in Chrome.

 Kideos is a free site that is filled with online safe, kid friendly videos. They are organized by age groups (such as 0-2, 3-4, etc.) and abide by COPPA compliance.

Google Swiffy

 Swiffy is a Google Lab addition that let’s you upload a SWF file (Flash file) and convert it to HTML5 which allows you to use flash content on devices without a Flash player (i.e. iPhones, iPads and iPod Touch).    Swiffy works directly from your web browser. It works in Firefox, Safari and Chrome, and the Mobile Safari.
This could be the answer all iPad and iPhone / Touch owners have been waiting for to view Flash videos.

Juxio

Juxio is a site that allows you to build your own posters free using a simple drag and drop interface. Posters may be created from templates that range from educational to birthdays.  They can also be built from scratch where you add your own text and images. Posters can then be printed or saved, and can be shared or marked private.
